We are so proud to announce that our cheeses "Sierra de Albarracin" have won three new medals in the World Cheese Awards 2015.
Also our "Black Label" cheese has won two bronze medals. This cheese is distinguished by the use of raw sheep's milk for processing, firm and some graininess in mouth drying, besides their intense flavour with long healing.
With these three medals, our cheeses from Albarracin have already achieved 15 medals so far. We are very happy and this encourages us to continue working hard for our customers.
